You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts and license keys are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, resold, rented, leased, gifted or otherwise made available to any third party. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or abused.

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for the duration and on the number of devices specified for your purchase. The license is provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source of any product except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post or transmit content (including reviews and support messages) that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, infringing, or that contains another person’s private information. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any harm resulting from it. We may remove or modify any user content, and restrict or terminate access, at any time, with or without notice.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and, where applicable, are inclusive of value-added tax. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; by completing a purchase you authorize the applicable charge. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. Most products are delivered digitally and made available immediately after payment is confirmed.

Our products are digital goods delivered instantly. Because you receive immediate access, and where you expressly consent to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply once delivery has begun.

We offer a limited money-back guarantee where a purchased product is confirmed to be non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you have followed our troubleshooting steps. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds are notavailable for: change of mind; failure to read the product description or system requirements; unsupported or incompatible hardware or software; user error or misconfiguration; account actions taken by a third party (including bans or suspensions); purchases made after a product’s status was publicly marked as unavailable; or any abuse of this policy.

We do not guarantee that the Service or any product will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Products may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We may modify, update, replace, suspend, discontinue or restrict access to any product or feature at any time.

Where a product is described as “lifetime”, this refers to the lifetime of that product or service—not the lifetime of the customer. If a product is permanently discontinued, the associated license ends.

You use our products at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding the safety or standing of any third-party account, and we are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, restrictions, warnings or other actions taken by game developers, publishers, platforms or anti-cheat providers. You are solely responsible for your decision to use any product.

Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized payment reversals or other abuse of payment systems are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and licenses. If you have a billing concern, contact us first via support. We reserve the right to recover any costs reasonably incurred as a result of a wrongful chargeback.

The Service, including its software, branding, text and design, is owned by InvisionCheats or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. By submitting content such as reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvisionCheats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of accounts, access, data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse service, deny access, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke licenses, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the Service, our users or third parties.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law. You may request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
